THERMANA PARK LASKO: ONE OF THE BEST WELLNESS IN SLOVENIA

3 best friends, a rainy and grey winter weekend and a wellness center with whirlpools, sauna park, and wellness center in the heart of beautiful Slovenia.

Doesn’t it sound like the recipe for happiness?

This is what we experienced a couple of weeks ago at the Thermana Park in Lasko, ans it was without any doubt one of the best weekends of my life.

That Slovenia is a top destination when it comes to cities, culture and outdooors activities is no secret, but maybe not everybody knows that Slovenia scores high even on the wellness and hospitality side, and Lasko shines in this ranking as one of the most reknown wellness in the country.

Why?

Well, the main complex of pools and whirlpools under a huge glass dome that gives you a 360 view over the outside village and woods of Lasko, often covered in snow in winter, could already be enough, but the elegance and style of the hotel, the sauna park and the wellness center are just the icing on the cake.

What struck me the most was the ayurveda and yoga center, boasting a full staff of ayurveda and yoga certified professionals coming all the way from Kerala, India.

I will talk more about the ayurveda center soon, as it is a philosophy that really touched me in the deep, meanwhile I take you with me inside the Thermana Park for a weekend girls only!

we had to wait until they closed to make the pictures

and now my favorite part: the sauna park!

perfect to dive into after the sauna for an incredible revitalizing effect!

if you come to Thermana with your friends you will have the time of your life,

but if you come with your partner, there are a whole lot of other things you can try

this room for example,

can you imagine spending an afternoon with your other half in here?

Could be the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion ..

The Thermana Park can take care of the ceremony and the party,

and of course can accomodate the guests!

What an original and fun way to get married!

Lasko lays in the heart of Slovenia, only one hour by car from Ljubljana, the capital.

The town of Lasko is little and cute, but offers a lot of things to do and see, for example excursions into nature but it’s also house to many pretty castles and churches and of course the brewery “Lasko” which is famous in whole Slovenia as well as in Northern Italy.
